Please be advised that, effective September 1, 2026, our prices will increase as part of our annual price adjustment. We appreciate your continued trust and support and remain committed to providing you with the highest quality of care and service.
If this is your first time at our clinic, please choose the Initial Assessment option when booking online. Your first visit requires a longer time booked off and the subsequent options don’t provide enough time for a full treatment. Thank you in advance for choosing the appropriate treatment for you.

What I love most about physiotherapy is the detective work. Two people can point to the exact same area of pain, yet the reason behind it, the way it affects their life, and what will actually help may be completely different. I enjoy asking questions, watching how someone moves, noticing the smaller details, and gradually putting the pieces together, the small shift in how someone walks, the way a shoulder hesitates before it lifts, the habit they didn’t even realize they’d built around avoiding pain. That process of figuring out the “why” behind the pain, not just the “where,” is what makes this work feel less like a routine and more like solving a puzzle alongside someone.
When you work with me, you can expect a treatment plan that fits your body, your goals, and your everyday life-not a generic list of exercises. Your first session is really about listening: understanding your history, how the pain shows up in your daily life, and what you actually want to get back to. From there, sessions may include hands-on treatment, movement retraining, strengthening, mobility work, and education. I want you to understand what we are doing and why at every step, so you feel involved and confident throughout your recovery rather than just following instructions.
My treatment style is practical, encouraging, and adaptable. I will challenge you when needed, adjust the plan when your body has other ideas, and make sure you never feel rushed or judged. I believe progress can look different for everyone. It may mean returning to sport, walking farther, moving with less pain, or simply feeling more confident in your body again. Whatever that looks like for you, we’ll define it together and check in on it regularly, so recovery never feels like guesswork.
One of my favourite parts of being a physiotherapist is unexpectedly meeting a former patient at the supermarket and hearing that they are still doing well. Outside the clinic, I enjoy reading, journaling, and spending time in nature. I have a soft spot for hugging trees, and whenever I can escape, you will probably find me wandering around Niagara-on-the-Lake - my happy place.

I believe your body is incredibly resilient when it’s given the right support. Movement is medicine, and my goal isn’t just to get you out of pain; it’s to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that helps you do more. Whether you’re training for your next race, working toward a new personal best in the gym, keeping up with your kids, or simply wanting to move through everyday life with greater ease, I’m here to help you reach your goals, not just settle for the bare minimum.
As someone who strength trains, competes in bodybuilding, and spends weekends tackling trail runs, I understand firsthand how important it is to trust your body. That perspective shapes how I practice. Every appointment is tailored to you, combining hands-on treatment, movement assessment, exercise, and education so you leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on and what to do next. I believe treatment should empower you, not make you dependent on it, and I love helping people discover they’re capable of more than they thought.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me in the gym, trail running, getting lost in a good fantasy novel, or planning my next outdoor adventure. My treatment room is relaxed, welcoming, and probably has a pretty great playlist on in the background.

I believe that pain and injury shouldn’t define what you’re capable of doing. My goal as a chiropractor is to help people move with confidence, understand their bodies better, and get back to the activities that make life meaningful - whether that’s training in the gym, playing sports, keeping up with family, or simply getting through the day without pain. What drew me to this profession was the opportunity to combine my passion for living a healthy-active lifestyle and problem-solving to help people achieve lasting results. I enjoy working with patients to identify the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms rather than simply chasing pain from appointment to appointment. Success, to me, is seeing someone regain confidence in their body and return to doing the things they thought pain had taken away from them. When you work with me, you can expect a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of what’s going on, and a treatment plan tailored to your goals. I combine hands-on care, including joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and acupuncture, with individualized exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, and resilience. My aim is not only to help you feel better but to equip you with the tools to stay better long-term. Outside the clinic, I’m usually lifting weights, trying to convince myself that mobility work is just as important as bench press, binge-watching the newest fantasy TV show, or getting overly worked up about the Toronto Maple Leafs. I genuinely enjoy learning about what helps people move and feel their best, and I bring that same energy into every appointment. Whether you have questions about your injury, your training, or why your squat feels different on one side, I’m always happy to chat.

I believe physiotherapy is about more than relieving pain—it’s about helping people understand their bodies so they can move with confidence and get back to doing what they love. Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on finding and addressing the root cause of the problem. My goal is to create practical treatment plans that fit naturally into your daily life, making it easier to build habits that lead to lasting results. I’m a Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, spine injuries, and sports-related injuries. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from University of Delhi in 2014, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and activity levels in a variety of rehabilitation settings. My approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and always tailored to the individual. I combine manual therapy with personalized exercise programs and use techniques such as the McKenzie Method, Neurodynamics, Mulligan Mobilization, Kinesiology Taping, and Cupping Therapy when they’re appropriate for your specific needs. I’m also certified in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, which allows me to support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other pelvic health concerns. I know these issues can be deeply personal, so I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. For me, the most rewarding part of this profession is seeing people regain their confidence—whether that’s returning to a sport, picking up their child without pain, or simply moving through everyday life more comfortably. I’m passionate about giving my patients the knowledge, tools, and support they need to take charge of their recovery and enjoy a healthier, more active life.

I believe recovery is about more than just getting rid of pain - it’s about giving my clients the confidence to get back to the things that they enjoy. What drives me is helping people move past fear or frustration, and showing them that they’re more capable than they think. To me, success means seeing someone leave the clinic not only feeling better, but also equipped with the confidence to keep improving on their own.
When you come to see me, you can expect a treatment plan that is clear, collaborative, and tailored to your goals. My treatments focus on both immediate relief and long-term progress, which I achieve through hands-on manual therapy along with exercise, movement training, and education to help you feel in control of your recovery. On top of my treatments, I aim to blend in a mix of encouragement, learning, and strategies you can carry into your daily life.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me playing some type of sport - whether it’s on a soccer field or a basketball, tennis or pickleball court, or exploring new food spots around the GTA. I love staying active and applying the same passion for movement and health to my own life that I bring to my work with clients!

I believe that physiotherapy isn’t just about rehabbing an injury or helping to eliminate pain - it’s about helping people feel at home in their bodies again and getting them back to the parts of life they’ve been missing. I love the challenge of turning what might feel like a frustrating or overwhelming process into something positive, encouraging, and sometimes even enjoyable. The most rewarding moments are when patients tell me they were finally able to do something they hadn’t done in months, whether that’s playing a sport, picking up their kids, or simply moving without pain. Those small victories are what drive me, and they’re what make this work so meaningful.
When you work with me, my priority is making sure you feel truly heard, cared for, and safe throughout the process. My treatment approach combines hands-on care through manual therapy with personalized exercises and microcurrent point stimulation using Dolphin NeuroStim. A big part of my approach is also education - I believe that when patients understand their condition and their progress, they feel more confident and in control of their recovery. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that’s tailored to your specific goals and needs, so you always feel the rehab journey is yours.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a big believer in staying active myself - I religiously aim to hit 10 000 steps a day and won’t rest until I’ve hit that goal. I love spending time with friends, reading, and rewatching my favorite movies and TV shows (sometimes more times than I’d like to admit). I’m also a huge basketball fan so if the raptors are playing, don’t bother calling - I’m busy.

After working through several of my own injuries from competitive soccer, I learned how frustrating it can be when pain starts dictating your life. More importantly, I discovered that lasting recovery comes from understanding the root cause—not just treating the symptoms. That experience continues to shape the way I care for my patients. I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you and your lifestyle. I combine medical acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation/mobilization, and personalized exercise programs to help you move better and feel your best. Just as importantly, I want you to leave each appointment with a better understanding of your body and confidence in your recovery. I believe that when you understand why you’re in pain and what you can do about it, you’re better equipped to take an active role in your health. For me, success isn’t just seeing your pain decrease—it’s seeing you get back to the things that make life meaningful. Whether that’s gardening, lifting your grandkids, returning to the gym, walking the dog, or simply getting through your day without thinking about pain. Helping people regain confidence in their bodies is the most rewarding part of what I do. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me hiking, at the gym, or enjoying the outdoors. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and I’m always up for trying something new—whether it’s exploring a new trail, taking on a fitness challenge, or learning a new skill. That same curiosity and commitment to growth are qualities I bring into my practice every day. Let’s get this out of the way: I am not the kind of chiropractor that sees you for a 5 minute adjustment and prescribes 3 visits a week for weeks on end. I am deeply passionate about helping people heal, which requires taking the time to listen (both with my ears as well as my hands) and incorporating a wide variety of therapies tailored to what we’re trying to achieve each session. My superpower is having an extremely sensitive sense of touch (perhaps a byproduct of my inability to smell) so my patients are often surprised that I can pinpoint the “exact spot” of discomfort. I hope being under my care shows you how potent chiropractic can be as a tool to support your healing and keep you feeling your best.
My career began with a focus on mastering the art of delivering a precise, powerful and comfortable adjustment. I attended tons of seminars, mimicked adjustments in my workouts, and learned to adapt to each person’s unique anatomy. These adjustments restore smooth movement to your joints, while also relieving tension in nearby muscles and helping your body return to proper alignment. I have since learned several nervous system-based techniques to provide a well-rounded, holistic treatment on top of the adjustment. I alleviate muscular tension by finding the root cause with NKT for long lasting relief. I help regulate and bring balance to your nervous system through Craniosacral Therapy and Dolphin NeuroStim MPS Therapy. Those two are often my patients’ favourite because they decrease pain and inflammation, increase your body’s ability to heal, and leave you feeling relaxed and floating on cloud 9. Then there are times when deep tissue work is done with cupping, gua-sha scraping and spinal decompression. Everybody needs a different mix and I’ll always work to find the right recipe to help you reach your goals.
Most people are surprised to discover that behind my gentle and warm demeanor, is someone who loves to mosh at a metal concert. But then the next weekend I could be at a meditation retreat learning to work with the subtle energies of the body.
Let’s get this out of the way: I am not the kind of chiropractor that sees you for a 5 minute adj... Read More

In a world that often encourages us to push through or numb our emotions, therapy provides the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and move toward meaningful change. Our stories and our history shape not only our thoughts and beliefs, but our whole nervous system.
In my practice, I prioritize connection and meeting clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive environment to explore experiences without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative process; we work together to identify current challenges, and what progress, change and healing would look like. My eclectic approach to therapy draws from different techniques to support individuals in reaching their goals.
Goals for therapy can range from learning tools and strategies to cope with current stressors, to doing a deeper dive to figure out where patterns come from. Then as therapy progresses, people often describe feeling lighter, empowered, more confident and resilient, and ready to take on life. I strive to create a comfortable space where therapy feels natural, not daunting. Clients are often surprised by how much laughter can show up alongside the deeper work—I’m here for all the feels!

Julia is a professional performing artist, Embodied Mindful Movement Coach + Certified Yoga Teacher with over 25yrs experience as a practitioner and guide. She completed her Yoga Teacher training in 2015 at the highly regarded Esther Myers Yoga Studio (EMYS) in Toronto where she currently teaches a variety of classes and workshops.
In the middle of Julia’s career as a professional dancer and music theatre performer, she suffered two devastating events; a rare knee injury and a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Both impacted her basic functionality of movement and almost ended her career as a dancer. These events inspired Julia to shift her approach to movement and yoga to explore a practice that offers more sustainability, functionality, mobility and longevity. Discovering this profound ability to heal through somatic integration, imagery, breath & embodied mindful movement is exactly what inspired Julia’s passion for helping others unravel their tension and pain to live and move with ease.
Her approach is unique in nature. It’s meditation in motion, a deep nervous system massage; slow, gentle, embodied and mindful. It invites those who apply her approach to develop a practice of patience, encouraging the practitioner to go at their own pace and explore and discover the unique language of their body and patterns of holding that impede the way they function on a daily basis.

I know how frustrating it can be when pain keeps you from moving the way you want. My job is to help you not only feel better now, but stay better long-term. After working professional sports for more than a decade, I’ve found that looking at both the body’s “hardware” (muscles, fascia, soft tissue) and its “software” (movement patterns and habits) is what helps people finally overcome lingering issues. That way, we’re not just chasing symptoms — we’re fixing the root cause.
Every plan is built around what matters most to you. For some, it’s exploding off the line quicker on the ice. For others, it’s finishing a heavy lift without the hamstring flaring up, or getting through a long work shift without the lower back screaming. And sometimes, the win is simply being able to bend down to play with your kids or walk through the park without pain slowing you down. Together, we’ll set clear milestones and follow a roadmap so you always know what progress looks like.
To get you there, I blend hands-on treatment with Neurokinetic Therapy® testing, Dolphin Neurostim protocols, and Neuro Reconditioning exercises. This combination helps release restrictions, reset compensation patterns, and retrain your body to move better. My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, freer, and ready to get back to the things you love.

I believe healing isn’t just about getting rid of pain—it’s about helping you rediscover what lights you up in life again. That’s why I love waking up each day for this work: watching someone go from barely getting through the day, weighed down by pain, to stepping back into the things they love with energy and confidence.
I do that by really listening—digging deeper than the surface, to figure out why something happens, not just where it hurts. My approach is a mix of hands-on techniques (like soft-tissue and joint work) and nervous-system-focused tools such as Neurokinetic Therapy, P-DTR, or micro-current point stimulation with Dolphin NeuroStim (depending on your needs). I combine those with functional stretches, mobility progressions, and lifestyle insights so you can carry that progress beyond the clinic—whether you’re gaming, getting back on the field, or just feeling like yourself again.
I’m as committed to your body as you are—to not only helping it feel better, but helping you understand it. Together, we’ll create a recovery path so that your body supports—not limits—you, every single day.
